There are many ways to cope with these everyday stressors. Unfortunately, alcohol tends to be the most preferred unhealthy coping mechanism.

Holyoake offers a series of Wellbeing@Work programs to explore stress management and coping mechanisms. These special 1 hour sessions promote self-responsibility, resilience and self-awareness to help improve employee wellbeing and productivity.
