Holyoake has developed a consumer involvement campaign to encourage clients to provide feedback. The campaign includes posters, printed forms and electronic forms as easy options to provide feedback. Clients are welcomed to speak to staff in person, over the phone or send feedback via post, email or the website.

Over the past four decades, Holyoake has constantly responded to increasingly complex and changing needs of the community. As a result, it now offers a wide range of customised programs for people of all ages who are impacted alcohol and drugs – directly and indirectly.

With a continued focus on improvement, Holyoake encourages clients to provide feedback about the quality of programs, suggestions for improvement, additional services required, and anything else. The consumer involvement campaign is designed to make this process more convenient.
