Committed to meaningful reconciliation, Holyoake has developed its Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in consultation with Reconciliation Australia, the Mental Health Commission, Aboriginal Alcohol and Drug Service, Swan City Youth Service, and Holyoake staff.

The process of reconciliation was a key aspect of Holyoake’s Team Day in October 2015. Ingrid Cumming – a Whadjuk Noongar woman and Founder of Kart Koort Wiern – led the team in a thoughtful reflection.

This RAP signifies Holyoake’s resolve to bridge the gap; to truly recognise the culturally unique and valuable perspectives and strengths that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people bring to our organisation, our services and our teams.

Holyoake commits to walking side by side with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people so that we can better contribute to building strong and resilient communities together.
