Holyoake Appoints New CEO

The Holyoake Board is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ben Smith to the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Ben had served in the position of Executive Manager Growth & Innovation from July 2023 and prior to his commencement with Holyoake had worked in global leadership positions at leading consumer goods brands Poppy Lissiman, frank green and 2XU.

Holyoake Chair Hayley Lawrance said “It is clear that Ben is held in high regard as a leader by both his peers and stakeholders, and embodies the values of trust, respect and collaboration that are essential to Holyoake carrying out its purpose. The Board is delighted with this appointment and warmly congratulates Ben.”

Ben commences in the permanent position from today, Monday 31 March 2025.
