Debbie is a CEO and Managing Director with 25 years’ global experience in leading major capital and large-scale projects complemented by several years in c-suite leadership roles across the resources industry. Her senior leadership experience includes strategy development, business transformation, organisational design and implementation of change, health, safety, wellbeing & environment, cultural design and enabling major people change. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
