Joni Sercombe

Joni is a social sector innovator who brings over 25 years experience in the for-purpose social sector and Government roles in WA and overseas. She brings skills leading R&D in emerging fields, partnership building and strategic foresight. Over the past 4 years she led Anglicare WA’s ShiftLab innovation unit, with a portfolio of successful social design projects across WA. She is a current Director of Good Together WA, a studio for imagining better futures and bringing them to life. Her freelance advisory work spans social impact, Aboriginal-led development and regenerative agriculture. She is a social enterprise mentor for the WA Social Enterprise Social Impact Incubator. She holds Bachelor Degrees in Social Sciences and Arts, with post-graduate studies in Leadership and is an alumni of the Tower Human Capital C-Suite program.
