Holyoake appoints new Executive General Manager, People & Wellbeing

Holyoake is delighted to announce the appointment of Shani Jarvis to the newly created position of Executive General Manager People & Wellbeing. Joining the Executive Leadership Team, Shani will lead the functions of Human Resources, Training, Work Health Safety, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing and Student Placements.

Shani is an experienced leader who is passionate about supporting and developing amazing people in community services. She has over 13 years’ experience building high-performing workplace cultures in the not-for-profit sector, with experience gained in organisations in both WA and the Northern Territory. Shani takes a strengths based, person centred approach to her work and is proud to contribute to an organisation that empowers people to live the life they choose.

She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, is currently completing an MBA, and is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System.
