Holyoake Welcomes Jessica Ilich to its Board of Directors

Holyoake is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Ilich as a member of its Board of Directors, further strengthening the organisation’s governance and legal capability as it continues to support the Western Australian community.

Jessica is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, regulatory matters, governance and risk. Currently Legal Counsel at Telstra, she provides strategic legal advice on complex disputes, litigation and regulatory engagement, working closely with executive stakeholders, regulators and boards to manage risk and deliver strong outcomes.

With a career spanning leading national law firm Clayton Utz and earlier roles in private practice, Jessica brings deep expertise across commercial litigation, privacy and data protection, regulatory compliance, and complex investigations. Her experience includes advising large organisations on high-profile disputes, managing regulatory responses to bodies such as the ACCC, and supporting governance processes at board and audit committee level.

In addition to her professional experience, Jessica is an active contributor to the for-purpose sector. She currently serves as a Director of the Fiona Wood Foundation and has held company secretary roles with national not-for-profit organisations. She is also an accredited Mental Health First Aid Officer, reflecting her commitment to community wellbeing.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Certificate in Business (with Distinction) from Curtin University. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2015.
