2023 – 2024 Annual Report released

The 2023 – 2024 year was a big one at Holyoake with the achievement of significant strategic milestones and the development and delivery of several new service models as detailed in our Annual Report, released at our AGM.

We continue to deliver on our promise to listen without judgement and support our clients unconditionally, continuing to grow sustainably through 2023–24. This was evidenced by an 36% YoY increase in the unique occasions of service provided, to 20,935.

Across our four key locations, we responded to the evolving needs of community with the introduction of innovative programs in suicide aftercare, AOD capacity building training with leading FDV agencies and the AOD FDV RISE Program in partnership with WA Police. During the year, we also developed and delivered our brand refresh in close consultation with our staff, consumers and community stakeholders, launched a new mental health service in Northam and implemented the grassroots Statewide AOD Community Prevention Service.
